01 / A USEFUL STARTING POINT
The place behind the sculpture.
Our factory brings sculpture making into a practical working environment. The courtyard, workshop entrances and sculpture yard connect with the forms taking shape inside. At the XGC sculpture factory, we develop the connection between an approved idea and the finished piece.
02 / A USEFUL STARTING POINT
From a metal form to a finished character.
Our workshop activity includes metal forms, sculptural panels, character pieces and surface preparation. Each project gives us a different combination of shape, scale and appearance to work through. We agree the making approach around your chosen design and material.
03 / A USEFUL STARTING POINT
Your project starts with a clear reference.
Send us the sculpture you have in mind, its approximate dimensions, quantity and intended setting. A drawing or visual reference helps us discuss the main form, base and surface. If you are still exploring materials, we can begin with the appearance and the space you want to create.
04 / A USEFUL STARTING POINT
Connected from factory to site.
We plan the sculpture alongside its delivery and final position. Our factory-to-site sculpture brief brings together the artwork, supporting arrangement, packing, receiving and installation requirements. We work through these with you so the responsibilities are clear before making moves forward.

Discuss your requirements ↗What can we see in your factory gallery?
You can explore our courtyard, workshop-side sculpture yard and building views, followed by sculpture fabrication and assembly images. The workshop page takes you closer to work on metal forms, panels and character pieces.
What kinds of sculpture do you make?
Our work includes landscape forms, hotel and interior sculpture, metal artwork, resin objects and fiberglass characters. Share the reference you have selected so we can discuss its shape, material and making requirements.
Can we discuss a factory visit?
Contact us with your project and preferred date so we can discuss a visit and the work you would like to see. Tell us which materials, artwork types or making details are most relevant to your project.
Can we start with a sketch rather than a finished design?
Yes. A sketch, reference photograph or model can start the conversation. Add the approximate size, quantity, placement and destination so we can identify the next design and material decisions with you.
How do you plan a production schedule?
We review the design, dimensions, material, quantity and approval steps with you before agreeing the production arrangement. Share your target date early so it can form part of the project discussion.
How do you connect making with delivery and installation?
We work through the components, packing, receiving route and final position with you. Your proposal sets out the delivery and installation services, site interfaces and responsibilities for the specific commission.
