Artwork and identity

Share the approved artwork and permissions relevant to your project. We agree the rights for character use, adaptations and third-party artwork before proceeding with the commission.

A project agreement

Website information does not replace approved drawings, a material schedule, engineering advice or a project contract. Confirm the scope, approval stages, exclusions, installation responsibilities and commercial terms in writing before making a commitment.

Portfolio references and a project agreement

Our sculpture website terms describe how we work with your inquiry. Portfolio image use helps us discuss the intended artwork. Product sheet dimension references apply to the identified model and variant. We then agree the design, components, price, services and responsibilities with you in the sculpture quotation agreement.

Identity, permissions and changes

We review character artwork rights for the intended use. A sculpture design change request is recorded against the approved drawing and scope, with its effect on the design, specification and commercial terms discussed before approval.

Discuss your requirements ↗
Does a portfolio image form a binding sculpture specification?

No. The accepted design, dimensions, material, finish, responsibilities and commercial terms belong in the project's reviewed specification and agreement.

Are listed character products offered with fixed prices and stock?

No fixed price or live stock position is asserted. Request confirmation for the identified model, variant, quantity and destination.

Does a character reference establish permission to reproduce it?

No. Confirm the relevant artwork permissions and any licensing arrangements for the actual use or adaptation.

What documents define the sculpture we are ordering?

We agree the drawings, dimensions, material, finish, components and applicable technical requirements with you for the selected artwork. Keep the approved revision and written scope with your order.

How should a change to an agreed sculpture be handled?

Record the requested change against the accepted revision and have its design, specification, scope and commercial implications reviewed before treating it as approved.

Does the website replace local engineering or site approvals?

No. Any project-specific technical review, local coordination and approvals must be assigned to the responsible parties in the actual scope.
