FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good questions. Clearer decisions.

Answers about references, materials, dimensions, scope and preparing your sculpture inquiry.

01 / A USEFUL STARTING POINT

Sculpture commissioning questions, answered in context

These custom sculpture questions cover the starting point for design and procurement. For sculpture buying decisions, the useful answer often begins with an exact reference, dimensions and the intended setting. The material, product and case pages provide more focused questions so a buyer does not need to rely on one generic answer for every sculpture. A sculpture inquiry FAQ helps prepare the discussion; the project's approved specification and agreement establish the actual scope.

02 / A USEFUL STARTING POINT

Follow the question to its supporting reference

Use our sculpture quotation guide for briefing and scope, the dimensions guide for body/base details and the material pages for your chosen category. Bring the destination and site information into a sculpture installation question. Our sculpture procurement knowledge helps you prepare the brief; we then work through the drawings, material, dimensions and services for your own project.

Discuss your requirements ↗
What should I send for a sculpture inquiry?

Share a reference image or sketch, approximate size, quantity, intended setting, destination and timing. If the material or dimensions are undecided, describe the visual goal and what you need help to determine.

Which materials can we discuss with your team?

We work with copper, iron, stainless steel, stone, solid wood and resin, alongside fiberglass figures and sculptural furnishings. Tell us the appearance and setting you have in mind so we can discuss a material for your commission.

Can I use an existing character model as a reference?

Yes, identify the specific model and the dimensions in its individual product sheet when making an inquiry. Availability, changes and any applicable usage or licensing terms need confirmation.

Does a silver or gold finish mean a metal body?

No. Colour and reflectivity describe appearance, not the substrate or alloy. Check the actual material and finish specification for the individual piece.

Are prices and lead times fixed?

We prepare the quotation and schedule around the form, dimensions, material, quantity, destination and agreed services. Share your target date and budget range so they can inform the project discussion.

Do listed dimensions include the base?

Read the individual sheet. Some character references distinguish body dimensions, base dimensions and combined display height. Do not assume one dimension convention applies to all models.

How do we turn a portfolio piece into our own project?

Choose the artwork you like and tell us what you want to keep or change. We work through the dimensions, materials, finish, support and site responsibilities with you, then confirm the approved design and specification.

What installation information is useful?

Provide the proposed position, available space, support surface, receiving route, environmental conditions and local coordination requirements. Installation scope and technical responsibilities are agreed per project.
